The Xfinity Home Mobile App does not that my ID and Password and it is a problem I have been rying to resolve for sometime now. All of the other Xfinity Apps tale my ID and password which is the same for all. Please advice how I can get this corrected or I will have to cancel this service. Thank you, Alan Harris
The app is one downloaded from your site for Iphones, it is Black and White and says Xfinity Home the error I keep getting is 23008. My IPhone is a 5S and this started after I did an IPhone update. All other Xfinity services take the AlanHarris05 with the assigned password. I spoke with a tech and he suggested I delete app and download again, which I did. Can you help?
I'm sorry for the confusion. You should be using the app with the black app icon. The one with the white icon is Comcast Labs and is not for production use but testing purposes.
If you download the black app icon this should fix your issue. Let me know!
