I have had my service for about a month now and the camera has worked half of the time but the app doesn't ever work. It always says it has lost connection. I check the activity and it has been a constant, lost connection, reconnection. I can't ever check the camera or arm/disarm my system, so it is pretty much useless. I was told I didn't need the physical remote because I could do "everything' from my phone! Not the case.... Now I wish I would have paid extra to get the remote where at least I could arm/disarm my system from anywhere in my home. Why would you guys offer a product in a bundle that does not work and lock us into a two year contract with equipment that clearly doesn't perform what we purchased it for? I am staring to remember why I had satellite before. This is so frustrating.
