I recently installed the Xfinity Connect App since Comcast is not supporting my email program on my devices. I want to disable the simultaneous call forwarding ring from my home phone. I have tried with no luck and the only help that Comcast's tech department has given me was to go to call forwardig preferences and toggle off the Xfinity Connect setting, the only problem is my settings do not show that, only my Home number. Then I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. No luck. Is anyone having this problem and did you find a solution?
