X1 TV App - no recordings or recording tab

I had made some changes to my service... went from triple play to Internet only and back to triple play. I still have my recordings and scheduled recordings on my DVR but it's all gone from the app. Any ideas why??

Tech support needed to enter some kind of ip information for the dvr to hit the cloud. Once that took place all recordings were on the app instantly. Fyi.

Probably when you dropped your TV service, your Cloud DVR recordings were purged. How do you still have recordings on your DVR if you dropped TV service? Did you not return your DVR? Was the time going from "triple play to Internet only and back to triple play" so short that you didn't return the DVR?

It was literally a few days. Regardless all of the previous recordings still there and any new ones have yet to come across
