WatchESPN Roku App

WatchESPN Roku App

Hello,

 

When I try to activate my WatchESPN app on my Roku using my Comcast credentials, I'm told that ESPN is not included in my current subscription.  However, I have ESPN so I don't believe that is correct.  Any help or suggestions on this?

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask them to do a deep background refresh (takes up to an hour to complete). did that fix it? oh you may need to logout of the app and then back in.
