Voice2go - not receiving calls all devices

Voice2go - not receiving calls all devices

I have had the feature for years and have come to depend on it. For over a month I haven't received any notifications of calls on any of my devices(iPad & Samsung Galaxy s7). I've had the devices for months with no issues. I can make calls. I also delete, reinstalled app and emailed Comcast twice with no solution as of yet. Any ideas??

May be an account entitlement issue.... call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR a bout the issue to begin the troubleshooting process.... the CSR can escalate up to higher level of support if needed/warranted.
