Unlink old account

I moved in September. I noticed in October my old account was still appearing when I logged in. So I chatted with someone and they said they opened a ticket for me to resolve it. Nothing happened. Chatted again this week and explained what I wanted even got transfered to tech support. Guess what? The account STILL shows up. I would really like it removed because it's marked as the primary account so using the my account app is useless for viewing bills. I don't know what else to do to get some help here.  Calls don't work, chat doesn't work, THIS doesn't work, twitter and facebook don't work. I just want someone to remove my OLD account so when I log in to the site on mobile or through the app I can actually see and pay my bill!!!
