Trouble pop-up?

Trouble pop-up?

When I open my home security app there is a red exclamation point at the bottom in red saying Trouble. Is there a quick way to get rid of this?

I broke a glass in the kitchen and the sensor went off. I just want the notification gone.

There is a way to do it...I think you have to do it after logging in to your portal...or ay the touchscreen...I don't recall how I did it a while ago, but was able to do it...

Hi Rab176 - 

 

On the TouchPad, you can click the exclamation point & then click ok to acknowledge that everything is fine & it will dismiss this trouble.
