Sorry, assuming you really do mean this is happening in the phone/tablet app? There should be settings to select the default language.
What type of cable box do you have? A small DTA, non-X1 box, or X1? For the small DTA, there may be a LANG key on the remote. Press that to swap back. Be aware that toggles between the default and secondary, and remains across channels. With the newer DTA interface, the LANG key goes to the audio selection. Choose the first in the list. If you have a different remote without a LANG button, you can try INFO, then 8 to go down, 5 to select, then 8 for Audio Setup. If the DTA came with a fuller remote, then the MENU and arrow keys should work like normal. For non-X1, there are language options in the menu (press MENU twice, then Setup). The best option is 'channel default'. Do NOT try to force English, as some channels may incorrectly label their audio feeds.
