TV App not giving me "recordings" option

TV APP is not giving me a recordings option on the left side menu.  I don't understand why.  Please help.

Has it ever worked? Do you have X1 DVR service? Have you called Comcast Billing and ask them to add the "Cloud DVR rate code" to your account?

 

Maybe some extra information would help.
