Stream TV App DVR Full % Never Accurate & Shows Missing

As stated, the Stream TV app NEVER has an accurate DVR full %, it always shows my DVR is almost full, yet, when I look at the DVR on my TV, it shows it is only half full.  I also appear to be randomly missing some shows in the Stream App that ARE still on my DVR.

the stream app ONLY sees your cloud DVR recordings and is limited to a maximum of 60 hours but usually the cloud-scheduler will delete early to record the days's scheduled shows. The home DVR is limited by space available of approximately 500 GB.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean.. Nothing is getting deleted, and your reply doesn't really seem to address the issue?

Hi

 

What Rustyben is saying is that Cloud DVR storage is currently limited to 60 hours of recordings, and the % full indicator in the app is a measure of the Cloud DVR. Local storage on the DVR in your home is often 100 hours or more, and thus will likely have a different indication of fullness (and may also have additional recordings).
