Remote app will no longer acknowledge DVR

I have two DVR boxes, and a package to support them, but a few months ago my Remote app will no longer even show the option to acess the DVR, I need to be able to record shows from my phone while out, and also check sheduled recordings ect.

Is there something I am doing incorrectly?

Hi there

 

If TV Remote is no longer showing a DVR Manager tab, the problem is on our side, not yours. :-) Is ACohan the Comcast ID you're signing in with? If not, let me know your Comcast ID, and we can take a look at your account. It's possible that we need to refresh the boxes, or that there's a bug in the server-side logic that determines what kinds of equipment you have. Happy to look into it and see if we can get you sorted.

I have deleted the app and re-installed it, and run a few things I can think of on the boxes, nothing seems to be working. I would love help to get this handled
