Poor Quality picture on Netflix, Amazon

When I open any streaming up like the ones I listed they all begin very blurry. after several minutes they might clear up and then once in awhile they will get blurry again and sometimes freeze for a minute. YouTube is mostly blurry all the time.

This question is better for the Internet section of the forum. It sounds like your Internet is slow and/or the wifi in your home isn't well located to your streaming device.  You should run a speed test here: http://speedtest.xfinity.com

Ideally, you'd want to run the test while connected (hard wired) to your modem.  Then, run a separate test from the location you are attempting to stream via wifi.
