Playback issue 8001

Playback issue 8001

Can't view many of my recordings on the app for the past week.  Looks like a widespread issue but wondering when it will be resolved or what i can do to resolve?

 Sorry still not fixed. I have swapped out all of my Equipment,  troubleshooted  with level III tech twice and had a tech to our home to check all connections. Everything taped tonight has come back either a fraction  Of the recording or error 8001.

same here -  playing any dvr recoreded show on app or laptop   returns this error - Streaming any recorded show on my laptop returns error - 102100.43 - ?

 

not good - guess i have to rely on netflix which works everytime

Nope! Mine is still messed up too! Still getting the error!
