Not able to connect to mobile app

Hello,

I used to be able to use the Xfinity home app on my android phone. However, it has stopped and keeps giving me a code of 43401. I am using the correct email address, as I can go online and use the same one. Please help, the whole reason we signed up for this system was to view on our phones.

I'd like to private message you to confirm the email address you are using to sign in to the Xfinity Home app.  I will private message you for this information.  Private Messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.
