We released the new update on Thursday 11/9. Are you still experiencing issues?

I am still having issues with connect on both my 6s and my ipad.

My problems stared when the new release came out.
I have to use other avenues to see me Comcast emails.

Is release 7.8.4-1.0.0-22 desk top or mobile app?
My proble with slowwwwwwwwww
Email load is Mobile related.

No, my problem is not fixed.  I expected to see a new setting so that the mobile app (XFINITY Connect) will not longer display my husband name when I reply.  But apparently, I'm mistaken about what the new release provides.

We are looking into a issue similar to what you are describing. I would like to see if I am able to get this resolved or if I can find similarities in your issue and the one that we are currently investigating. Can you please reach out in a private message and verify the following information?

  • First and last name of the account holder
  • Primary phone number on the account
  • The street address associated with your services
  • Full account number
  • The affected usernames that this is happening on
