Loading of the specified resource has failed

Loading of the specified resource has failed

I am stationed in korea currently and can watch my recorded shows on my phone with no problems but when i try to watch them on my laptop i get the following...

(Error 102100.5: Loading of the specified resource has failed)

 

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Does it matter? The poster is outside the US and so won't be able to stream anything, whatever "URL and OS" they are using.
