Internet connection speeds

For quite sometime now, the connection speed is too slow to watch programs posted on-line. We can only get the audio. Speeds are too slow to download items off the internet. Speed is too slow to use apps, they stall and I end up shutting the app. When you finally connect with Comcast in a chat room, you end up with an incompetent rep who directs you to a new web sit for answers about THEIR equipment. I spent an hour and a half in one of the chat rooms and left with no answer. The rep wanted ME to troubleshoot THEIR equipment.

I am ready to leave Comcast, you can't find a phone number to call and talk with someone IRT. My daughter works for them answering calls all day about problems. Have you tried to find a phone number on their web site? There are none because they don't really want to fix their issues. I've had enough of their irresponsibility!

Well, yeah, that's how it works. Either do some trouble shooting on your own or get a tech out. They can't fix everything over the phone.
