Hello,

 

I am able to connect to the app on my phone but my husband is unable and gets the error #43999. Can we not log into the home app with 2 different devices on the same account?

Hi atarah2600 - 

 

This should not be the case.  The both of you should be able to log into multiple devices using the email address associated with your Xfinity Home security account.  I'd like to private message you & get a little more information.

Wonderful, having the same error message. When do the issues end with Xfinity?!

Hi clokwise9 - 

 

It looks like you had been trying to sign in with an email not associated to your Xfinity Home security account.  I see successful sign ins since you posted with the correct email address.  Please reach out to me again if you are still experiencing issues.
