At this time, the xfinity home mobile app only support sign in with the primary username provisioned when you signed up for service.
I pulled up your account & see that you registered for Xfinity Home service with a non @comcast.net domain email address. This sometimes causes issues. I'd like to open a ticket on your behalf so a tech can update your information and get you signed in.

I pulled up your accoung & see Xfinity Home service is an active service on your account. I also see successful sign ins since you posted. Are you still experiencing this issue?

I pulled up your account & believe you may be signing in with an email address that is not associated with your Xfinity Home security account. I'd like to private message you with the email address you should be using to sign in.
