The forum you are posting on is for the Xfinity Home security mobile app. I pulled up your account & see you are not a current subscriber. That would be the source of any log in issue with our app. If you believe this is in error, please let me know.
Thanks, but I was referring to the TV to Go app, the Purchases app, the streaming app. All of which I try to download and sign into say I have reached my device limit yet there are NONE listed when I look on Comcast.net.
