The app displays what is on your cloud dvr. If the app shows your dvr is full(or close to full the reason is the cloud dvr is smaller than your box dvr so older recordings will be deleted from the cloud dvr to make room for new recordings. If the app shows your dvr is not close to full you can try to resync your dvr. Using set top box, goto Settings - Device Settings - Sync DVR

Hello val1, the information that (mvenanzi) shared is correct. You may also be missing some content if your DVR is having issues, to make sure please log out of the app then reboot your DVR by unplugging it for 20-30 seconds. This will allow your DVR to correct any errors and it will certainly clear up any issues with your recordings within the app.
