Going to DC to work, would really like it to work, or I don't really need your service while I am out of town. I have deleted and reinstalled. New iPhone 7 on ios 10.0.2

are you using the xFinity TV app? did you try a hard reboot of the iphone? (hold down the power and home keys for a few seconds until the phone reboots)?
