Cloud recordings partial or non existent?

More and more of my recordings are not available or only showing part of a program via the app or web? When can we expect some fixes?

the most often reply from Comcast on this situation is that the cloud services are still being set up to add more assets (overloaded). Not sure if that is the issue in Atlanta.

Any idea when the Detroit area will be fixed for streaming?  it has been a year with responses that say its an issue in the Detroit area. - way too long
