Chat with an agent option?

Chat with an agent option?

I would like there to be an option to chat with an agent on the my account app instead of having to call, tweet, or use my computer to chat. It's a pretty simple addition that would really enhance the customer experience. Would like to hear from an xfinity employee about this.

With all of the issues that CHAT entry seems to be having, it is highly unlikely that Comcast would want to add another platform to that entry.
