Business Internet/Residential Cable - "Home" not recognized on TV App

In my home I have Xfinity business internet, but Xfinity residential cable. The TV App does not recognize that both are at the same location. Many shows and some channels do not work as a result. Is there a way to resolve this?

This came up on another thread but I could not locate it. If I recall, the person was asked to call into 800-Comcast and talk to a technical problem representative (internet). If I recall correctly, you may be referred to a level 2 tech that will open a ticket to whitelist your business account to your Xfinity app so it will work together. I apologize in advance if that turns out to be wrong. Would you let us know if this was resolved?

That was my recollection as well. It is outside my area of expertise but another Comcast employee suggested that would work.

The second one has a message from ComcastZach stating "Residential accounts and Business accounts do not link together like that", confusing the matter more.

 

There was a different thread (probably over a year ago) with a different Comcast employee stating you could most definitely link Business Internet service with Residential X1 service, but that thread has mysteriously disappeared. I know that because I had added a "tag" to that message at the time, and my "tag" has disappeared as well.
