All recording aren't shown

   I can't figured  out why only some of my dvr items show in the app. It's probably less than 25% of my dvr's content. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to it. Say "Gold Rush" for example. I have four episodes recorded but in the app it only shows one. Multiple other programs don't show in the app at all. Called customer service twice but as usual that didn't help. I was told a ticket was started and a specialist of some sort was going to call me in the next 48hrs. That was a couple of months ago. Can anyone help with this issue?

Summary: Cloud DVR holds 60 hours while the physical DVR holds more.
