Adding an acount number to an existing profile

Adding an acount number to an existing profile

I just called and signed up for internet at my new house and over the phone I was told that my existing xfinity acount didnt exist so they sent me my new acount number and a link to create a username. 

 

Now when I try to create a new account with that acount number it wont let me becuase I already have an acount with that email. 

 

I can log in with the email but it isnt linked to my acount number. How do I link them?

Hi, 96danielbking - Did you sign up for xfinitywifi pass? I tried to pull up your account info and didn't find anything. I can only see that the username has changed.
