It sounds like the SAP setting was turned on accidentally. press the down button and look at the second dot on left (use left to highlight). does it show SAP is on? if so, while highlighted press OK to toggle off.

When I turn on SAP while watching it says "These settings will only affect your current playback session", therefore I don't see how SAP being turned on accidentally can be the problem as described. If you turn on SAP in the settings, it should be affecting all channels that have SAP capabilities not just a couple.

Your reply above said 'current playback session'. When on live TV toggling SAP with the down button menu gives no system message at all on live linear TV.

I'm on an android tablet, while on live tv there is an SAP icon in the lower right corner of video to turn it on/off, this icon gives message stated. App settings turns it on for all channels. What are you calling "the down button menu"?

I had not seen that on any of the devices (iOS and android) so presumed it was actually a misplaced question in wrong forum area for an X1 STB. The android tablet and phone both have a settings switch for SAP while iOS does not appear to have a similar 'switch' option. Interesting, and thank you for the reply.

OP wrote a couple of channels are in spanish in app forum, since I find now way to individually set channels in SAP that remains, I presume the channels are be transmitted incorrectly.

Looking at screen shots of the xf stream app in the itunes store, the SAP icon is shown in the lower right corner like is is on the android version.

You never answered: What are you calling "the down button menu"?

@roxydiesel Occasionally streams get encoded improperly—and sometimes only one particular bit rate has the wrong language. Please let us know which channels are giving you trouble, and which platform you're watching on, and I'll open a ticket for investigation.

as noted above was answering for an X1 set top box (down button on the remote gives a multi-function down arrow menu)

If you were assuming OP was in wrong forum you should mention it in your post rather than causing more confusion.
