101000 err

101000 err

I am receiving error message 101000. The error states the channel or video airing can't be located please try another channel. This is happening when I play back recorded videos. It started about a week or so ago.  It doesn't happen on all recordings but happens frequently. I seem to be able to go back to that recording later in the day and be able to watch them. Is anyone else having trouble? It happens on both my iPad and iPhone.
