Only you can know that? Did you download and install it?
You don't give much info for the volunteers to work with. Assuming you are running the Windows OS:
The fastest way to see if you have "Norton" running on your PC is by checking the notification area of your Windows Taskbar and looking for the Norton icon. The Taskbar is usually located at the bottom of your display. It may be hidden. Move your mouse cursor to the bottom of your display. The notification area shows currently running programs and the date and time. The Norton icon may be hidden.
Below is a Windows 10 Taskbar. You may need to click the white up arrow to reveal hidden programs that are running on your machine. (I've placed a green arrow pointing at the white up arrow in the photo.)
There are any number of ways to see if Norton is installed on your PC. You didn't specify what version of Windows you are running. Try opening the start menu and looking for Norton in the program listing.
Need more help? Supply more info and anyone would be happy to walk you through the process of finding Norton on your machine..
