hacking where Norton does not catch

hacking where Norton does not catch

I have been experiencing hacking issues and no one has been able to help.  It seems that when I type in a site address it re-diirects and I get either an adult game or a woman by the name of Emma 31 asking what I can do for you....(porn).  Please help.  I have taken screen shots of my history as well as a screen shot when she pops up during normal use of my computer.  Xfinity says to call Norton as I have run a complete scan multiple times and nothing was resolved.

Norton may not be catching the cause, but it does sounds like a hijacker. Posts the erquired logs at one of the sites linked below:
