Thank you for your E-Mail.  I am very happy to say that finally Norton has been reinstalled onto my computer.  Comcast was not able to do it so I called Norton and a very nice gentleman spent over two hours with my computer in host mode.  At the end of the session he had downloaded Norton for me and now I have no further problems with Norton, it is up and running.  Thanks again for your help.

Yes it is - the following info is for Windows Users:

Hi, my name is Beth & I was wondering if maybe you might be able to answer this question for me? I'm a Comcast customer as well & I downloaded Constant Guard for my PC but I have 2 iPads & a few cell phones that need to be linked with my Constant Guard as well & when the representative today from Comcast helped me with getting this security system on my PC he said I could link 7 other devices to this constant Guard as well, but when I go to click on the link for my iPad that has "this logo here iOS" it redirects me to where I have to pay for it? Now I was told I didn't have to because I'm a Comcast Customer & the service for this is free?? So I don't understand why I keep getting redirected to where I have to pay for it?

I just thought maybe you might have somewhat of an answer seeing how posted a similar question & maybe somebody might have answered it for you???

                         Thank you......

Hi Beth300 and welcome to the forums,

You are permitted to have 7 installations of Norton Security Suite - ie 7 PC's covered.  Norton Security Suite (called Constant Guard sometimes by Comcast and other users) .

There is no coverage for iOS devices (iPads,Apple Phones or Android Phones) under the free protection.  There is purchasable coverage available at a discounted price for Comcast customers from this link:

https://constantguard.xfinity.com/products-and-services/norton-mobile-security/

If you need any additional assistance or explanation please come back.
