I am unable to log into my Vault via Web.   I either get error messages that says I have the wrong log in information or it just hangs with a white screen but doesn't do anything. I've tried resetting my password, but nothing works.

Hi Nancy0614,

A bit more info please - such as is this Constant Guard or Norton log-in?

I'm not sure what you mean.  I have Comcast Norton Virus protection and purchased the Secure Backup and Share for 4.99 month. I have had this for a couple of years and never had a problem.  Now I cannot access it.  I have tried to reset my password but that doesn't work either.  I get "signature not valid contact tech support" .  This is the site I'm trying to use:  https://auth.comcastvault.net/pi/auth/centralLogin.xq

I have not tried to access it for months so am not sure when the issue actually happened.  I am also using IE 10.

Hi Nancy0614,

Backup and Share is an outside vendor product.  All I now about it is this is the URL for their Help and Support:

http://support.comcastvault.net/

A quick search of that found the follwing info for tech support:

http://support.comcastvault.net/docs/en-user-pro-win/faq/backup/concepts/contact_support_comcast.htm...

I'd suggest the email route - as the 1-800-COMCAST is the general help number for all Comcast!

Hope this helps.

If you right-click on the "C" icon that shows "Secure Backup and Share" is running, you should see "Open Comcast Secure Backup and Share Vault" as one of the options. It is supposed to bring you to your vault web page.

If your browser tries to open a bogus page, such as http://n, then it is broken. That's currently the problem I'm working on.
