Hello,

I had to uninstall Norton Security Suite from Comcast as I was getting an error (8504,104).  It had been free from Comcast, what I want to know is if I can get Norton free again from Comcast for a reinstall.

Hi raptyrred,

Did you follow the instructions in the following link?

https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v62545568_EndUserProfile_en_us?

If so Step 8 should have provided instructions.

If you have already removed it, you can still follow the initial instaltion instuctons in the following link:

http://forums.comcast.net/t5/Security-and-Anti-Virus/How-to-Initially-Install-Norton-Security-Suite/...

You are permitted up to 7 installs of Norton from Comcast.

Let us know if you need any addtional assistance.
