When trying to open Norton Security Suite, a pop-up window appears with the following message:  "C:\Program files (x86) Norton Security Suite\Engine\22.9.1.12\unisub.exe   Unspecified error".  I've tried to uninstall Norton in order to reinstall it and have not been successful.

Which has not been successful - the removal or the reinstallaton?
