Norton activation for MAC

I am trying to activate the Norton Internet Security Suite availabel from Comcast located at http://constantguard.comcast.net/products-and-services/download-norton-internet-security/index.php?p...

 

The activation PIN provided does not work JWC6XDHPTDPGX

 

Any ideas?

Hi bspina and welcome to the forums,

 

That is supposed to be the PIN for your Comcast version of the MAC Download and is in fact the same as the PIN that would be used for the PC version of Norton download.

 

You can go to the following location and click on download (even thought that si the PC version, the PIN should be the same as what you are seeing.  Also make sure you are logged into your Primary Comcast Account and are accessing the download from your residential router.

Be advised the current Norton Comcast download for MAC is not compatible with Sierra.  See the folowong thread for explaination:

Also,  I would suggest going back and editing your original post in order to remove the PIN info from your post.  Click on Options in the right corentr fo your OP and select edit.

Definitely remove that link and activation code as it continues to drives people to the page where they can reuse the PIN and remove it from someone elses device. Doesn't seem very secure, actually.... Thanks for the help
