Norton Internet Security and Nortion Identity Safe stop working..requiring reboot

Running Windows 10 with Norton Internet Security for Comcast and using Norton Identity Safe with Chrome browser.  A number of weeks ago I noticed that Identity Safe would stop working.  When I tried to open Norton Internet Security from the task tray it would not open.  I needed to reboot to get everything working again.  During the reboot I would see an error message which I've attached.  

 

I unistalled Norton using the Norton Removal Tool and reinstalled.  This did not fix the problem.  I contacted Norton support and they did the same thing I did - twice.  So I've given up working with Norton. 

 

I've since unistalled Norton and am using Widnows Defender - 

 

Any thoughts as to what is going on?
