I downloaded Norton, it cannot connect to the server.

I downloaded Norton, it cannot connect to the server.

I deleted the previous Norton that I downloaded earlier, did a restart and downloaded this version.  I did not see anything that asked for the password.

 

I have the password, but I don't know where it should go. 

 

I don't now what else to do.  I appreciate any hellp anyone can give me.
