I just sold one of the devices I previously authorized to use Norton Security Suite.  How can I access the list of authorized devices and remove it?

Hi kkkkatie,

You would have to uninstall it prior to selling it.   The license is managed by Comcast and the list you are referring to is not accessible by the consumer.  Yup - crazy set-up!

A veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve - is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to The 'United States of America', for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'

Thank you. Unfortunately it's long out the door. I guess there's no harm until I need that license on another device, but how disappointing that in this day and age, we don't have access to managing this list much like our Comcast user list.

I know I'm preaching to the choir, but I see see this has been a problem for users for over 5 years. How hard would it be for Comcast and Norton to address this now that they've been partners so long?

Thanks again.
