Hacker has taken over macbook pro W/os sierra

No longer can connect but wi fi is on.What I am seeing is not just banter between modem and computer.

I think he came in past norton end of sept 16 and looks like a vpn was installed in my macbook .I think since then apple released a a patch but to late for me.Then get the fake e mail from xfinity related to research I had been doing. Somehow he was able to get certificates and auithorization throught the house.he is opening ports on this system and hijacking contacts and just resplawns if wer can purge a little.Now he has our phones wicth are comcast voice.Great
