Constant Guard

Why won't Constant Guard Load?  I get to the initialize phase and it kicks me out saying I don't have an internet connection.  I obviously can't begin the download unless I'm logged in to Comcast in the first place!

I would suggest at this time to work on installing Norton first.

Can't download Norton either - I get to 98% and it shuts down...
