Bot Detection and Removal - says I am not connected to Xfin

I just installed Constant Guard and am trying to access the BOT Detection and Removal site.  It keeps telling me I am not connected to XFINITY internet, and to please access this once I am connected to XFINITY.  I am home and connected to XFINITY.  Is there a glitch?
