Comcast seems to be unaware of this forum. It seems they never answer a question. They just bill us monthly. The settings are out of date and my anti-virus will not allow me to access my email. I had to get rid of my Kaspersky and put on Norton which tells me it's out of date but allows me to access it.

 

I called up Geek Squad and they said they are getting multiple requests to fix this problem. We are waiting for you to fix it Comcast. Thank you.

Please have a look at the following thread - the situation just might be caused by Kaspersky in lieu of Comcast:

Hi diane_1231,

 

Let's start with you telling us about your system - Operating System, Default browser and exact wording of any error you may see, does your Norton Security Suite (NSS) display any "Fix Now" buttons?

 

Is your system clock set correctly (to include time Zone)

 

Have you run Manual LiveUpdates until such time as LiveUpdtes finishes with "no updtes found".

NOTHING IS WORKING...............Comcast accounts are out of date!!!  I am tired of trying to fix it...........COMCAST, WE DO PAY YOU!  RIGHT?????????  DO SOMETHING.
