Paying for Security for Mobile and tablet

Is this a change to have to pay for security for phone and tablet?

Never had to before.  Or is there a different way from my devices to tap into having this for free?

Thanks for your help!

Hello Bfly-3, are you speaking of Norton security to protect your equipment? Did you receive an email or other notification explaining you need more security on your equipment?

Are you referring to when you had a Retail Norton Product installed such as Norton Security Standard, Deluxe or Premium which included Norton Mobiity as part of the product?  Comcast's free Norton Secuirty Suite does not include Norotn Mobility as part of the product.
