It says Your Norton Family Premier subscription expires on July 23, 2018. I thought it was always free from Comcast.

Sorry to say, the "Freemium" version of Norton Family no longer exists as part of the Norton Package:

I don't understand what the Norton Family Premier package is. Is it something people pay for or is it the Norton that Comcast offers free?
