Unable to access the "voice" or "text" features....This has been the case for a week or so.

When trying to use the "text" feature I get this message:  "Something happened and we could not fulfill this request.  Please try again i a few minutes."  This started more than a week ago.

yes I am getting the same error message on comcast texting connect feature to, anyone have any ideas why we are getting this, I have this for four days now, please let me know ginnyvaet66@comcast.net
