Closed caption since software upgrade is up to high cannot see a lot of the screen

Closed caption since software upgrade is up to high cannot see a lot of the screen

Since the new update april 2015 the  closed caption changed. It use to run on the bottom but now it is up and to the left and are bunched to getter in 2 or 3 rows. Even if i use transparent  i still cannot see my move. Put the closed caption back at the bottom where it belongs.

All channels. The closed caption changed about a month ago with the newcable box update. I  adjusted and or looked at all my options. It seems the closed caption moved up from the bottom of the screen to above the banner height. If you ran information Ticker Tape across the bottom. Before the closed caption would cover the banner.But nowit is above it which puts the cc1/4 of the way up the screen. Which blocks alot of the picture.
